Avocado smoothie:1 ripe avocado halved and pitted
1 cup of milk (or dairy alternative)
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt (or alternative)
3 tblsp honey
8 ice cubesDirections:
Combine all in blender and blend until smooth and creamy consistency develops.
